Lesson One - Sitting is the New Smoking - Lengthening Spine While Sitting

In this lesson, you will learn about what happens when we sit too long, a movement practice to lengthen your spine naturally and a pocket practice you can use to bring movement into your daily sitting habits.

Lesson 2: Why is good posture so difficult to keep? Why do we slouch?
